Friends of Club Nautique collects personal information solely for the purpose of organizing a community-led effort to save Club Nautique. This includes communicating with supporters, coordinating with the bankruptcy court, and facilitating the potential acquisition or formation of a new sailing organization.

  • Your first and last name
  • Email address
  • Your former role at Club Nautique (member, boat owner, instructor, staff)
  • How you would like to support the initiative
  • Any additional information you choose to share in the message field

How We Use Your Information

Your information will be used exclusively to:

  • Contact you about the Club Nautique rescue initiative
  • Coordinate community efforts to save the club
  • Communicate with the bankruptcy court regarding community interest
  • Organize potential investment, membership commitments, or operational support

  • A new club or sailing organization is successfully formed and you have been given the opportunity to continue your involvement directly with that entity
  • The effort to acquire Club Nautique assets is unsuccessful and the initiative is concluded
